DevWeekends Trainer

I'm a Trainer & Clan Mentor at DevWeekends, a 20,000+ member community. I lead DSA sessions for 25+ participants and mentor 10+ juniors in the 2025-26 cycle through weekly stand-ups, code reviews, and accountability tracking via Mentorship 2025-26.

DSA Sessions Delivered

Trees, Recursion & Backtracking, Graphs, Heaps (K-way Merge, Top K Elements), and Dynamic Programming in live sessions.

Mentorship Impact

First cohort awarded 3 Bronze Certifications in Fellowship 2025. Mentees progressed from basics to projects through structured weekly mentoring and reviews.

Worked on AI model quality workflows including C++ code support, response evaluation, ranking, and rationale writing. Contributed to SFT and RLHF style tasks, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and supported continuous model performance improvement under a contract engagement.

Developed and maintained web applications using JavaScript, React, and RESTful APIs in a fast-paced team environment. First professional experience working on real codebases, code reviews, and collaborative development.
